Already on a Dental Plan?
Your dental surgery has joined with Hampshire Healthcare Partners to deliver a new total healthcare membership package managed by Plan4Health.
You’ll be automatically upgraded to the new Combined Plan4Health membership on 1 November 2025. The additional £11.99 for the new Combined Total Healthcare membership package will be added to your monthly billing from that date. This will then mean you are entitled to access the private GP service and access private Physiotherapy appointments and Podiatry appointments.
